Lovely Bird refund policy


Lovely Bird works with a print on demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product.


If there is a problem with an order

In case there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with us within 30 days of product delivery. Lovely Bird offers a free replacement or a refund in cases of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.

Please note that in case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.

However, it should be pointed out that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, Lovely Bird will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for giving the right information while placing your order.
